What is CBD?
CBD is an abbreviation of Cannabidiol, Cannabinoid is found in the hemp plant. Two well-known, the cannabinoids are THC and CBD.
THC is the fabric which can make you stoned. The hemp kind here for used, is the illegal weed. There are also types of hemp specially grown for the CBD so that it is legal. This is called industrial hemp or hemp grown for fiber. The CBD content in the hemp grown for fiber is relatively high.
This CBD has no side effects under normal use, it does not work addictive and you will not become high or stoned. CBD products are 100% legal.
CBD is the fabric with the vast majority of medicinal properties and is therefore also researched and used for years. During medical examinations a receptor system is discovered, that is responsible for the overall health of the body. It regulates, among other things, the organs, the central nervous system and the immune system. Cannabinoids activate these receptors. The CBD from hemp grown for fiber gives the same effect. The operation of CBD on physiological processes, is aimed at improving the functioning of the body. Various studies have found that CBD has properties that support health.
The Cannabinoids are in the resin with which the hemp plant is covered. During the production process the resin is dissolved with alcohol, liquid CO2 or butane gas. After the solvents are evaporated there remains a thick oil that contains the CBD.

The dosage:
Unfortunately, we can not give any advice about the amount of CBD oil to take in. The exact amount depends on certain factors, such as weight, height and age. The average dose is 2 to 3 drops at a time, 1 to 3 times a day.
You can start with a low dose, for example: 1 drop of CBD oil and build this up until the desired effect is reached. Do not exceed the maximum recommended dosage.

The oil can best be taken at room temperature. Shake the bottle well before use, so that the active compounds to mix with the oil. Then place the drops under the tongue.
